We do not sell personal data and do not use it for advertising.
Data in the platform
Documents, emails and other data that our customers put into the platform are processed on behalf of the customer, under our agreement with them. For that data, the customer decides how it is used, and requests about it are best sent to the customer.
Cookies
The website uses essential cookies, and analytics cookies only after you accept them. You can change your choice at any time through Cookie Settings. The platform sets no analytics cookies. See our cookie policy.
Who we share it with
We use a small number of service providers who process data on our behalf under a data processing agreement: Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 (hosting, storage, email), PostHog (analytics) and Mailjet (email delivery). The current list is on our sub-processors page. Personal data is stored and processed in the European Union. Our internal team chat tool (Slack) is based in the United States and may hold the names and email addresses of platform users; that transfer is covered by Standard Contractual Clauses.
How long we keep it
We keep personal data only as long as needed: account data while the account is active, analytics data up to one year, and technical logs up to 30 days. Data deleted in the platform is removed within 30 days, and backups are kept for 30 days.
Security
We protect personal data with appropriate technical and organisational measures, including encryption, access control and multi-factor authentication.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to its use, and to receive a copy of it. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time. Send your request to contact@xlagent.ai; we reply within one month. You can also file a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (www.dataprotectionauthority.be).
Changes
We update this policy when our processing changes. The date at the top shows the latest version.
